Exceptional Service Builds Relationships
| Jun 12 / 13

In 2009, Karoleena Custom Homes (Karoleena) made history by assembling the first Inner-City Enviro Home in Calgary, Alberta. Karoleena Custom Homes, established in 2005, is the first and currently the only builder in Calgary embracing systems-built homes. Systems-built homes are pre-manufactured in sections (modules) then transported and assembled at the job-site.
In order to complete this project Karoleena needed a crane to lift the housing modules into their respective location. After calling a few different companies, Kurt and Kris Goodjohn (Karoleena Owners) decided to use Stampede Crane & Rigging (a division of TNT Crane Canada), to have the job done safely and accurately. Stampede Rigging Supervisor Ed Belder was very responsive with Karoleena which made them feel comfortable with their choice. Kurt, Co-Owner of Karoleena said that Stampede’s knowledge and experience made them feel very confident, allowing them to focus on other aspects of the project while knowing the lifting and placement of the modules would be done in a safe and efficient manner.
After being hired for the crane work on Karoleena’s Enviro-Home Project, Stampede Crane & Rigging embraced the opportunity to build a strong relationship with their new client. Flawlessly executing the project exceeding the clients expectations Stampede impressed Karoleena’s organization. Kurt Goodjohn had this to say about Stampede Crane & Rigging, “All Stampede representatives worked as a team, were responsive to requests and kept the entire job site organized and well managed.”
Karoleena Custome Homes was so impressed with Stampede Crane & Rigging they said, “We would welcome the opportunity to use Stampede on all our future projects”. This project illustrates how Stampede’s exceptional service helps build strong, long-lasting and loyal relationships with customers.
